dear summer has made a hasty exit. we are happy to report some sunshine was left in that wake. here's to changing seasons, crunching leaves, cozy dinners, apple dumplings, pumpkin patches and a great scarf or two. autumn is officially here and I'm totally ok with it.

I love autumn. It kind of feels like a fresh start for me. The start of school and a better schedule gets me out of my late nights and relaxed parenting of the summer. I love football games, sweaters, jeans, cute shoes, leaves, caramel apples, pumpkin pie, sweet potatoes, turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes, cranberry dressing...oh, sorry. Can you tell I had ramen for lunch?
