a little Easter greeting

markers, crayons, ribbon and a toddler willing to color on his fingers (the polka dots are actually little finger prints!).

rudimentary, and the lines aren't straight, and the finished product isn't perfect, but we had fun and grandmas dig this sorta thing.
meltdown free for a solid 30 minutes.

cute idea. got an Easter craft day for Jack all planned-decorating eggs and all (if I can tolerate the mess and give him some freedom to create). how are you feeling?

brit--I'm considering coloring eggs with M, too. Nervous about the mess. But he's old enough to really enjoy it. Feeling tired and frumpy. Very tired. Hope you are hanging in there for just a little while longer!

I liked the valentine so much I varied it for Easter. I see potential for mother's day and father's day, too. Not fancy or perfect, but it kept him busy and content for a bit.
