Happy Birthday M*! He is too cute. How did you get him to be so polite? We are struggling with manners at our house.
Brit: hard work and consistency. Not giving in until he said "please" (we often said "How do you ask?" until he got it right). And repeating "say thank you" or "now what do you say?" when he received something. Please came along way before thank you, but after a couple of months of drilling it into him he does it mostly on his own.
