Blogger is apparently eating some of my posts. So I'll start over.
My darling cousin Jenny and her fabulous hubby Mike recently returned from a trip to Sweden and Denmark. She's exhausted, understandable (boo hoo for the world travellers) but managed to email me a photo of a gift she picked up for us in a little district called Nyhavn. It is intended to hang in the nursery for our new little one.

This sweet little neighborhood was the home of Hans Christian Andersen, and where he wrote some of his fairy tales. It's also where Jenny and Mike stayed during their vacation. She loved the print so much, and the story behind it, she purchased a copy for her own (as-yet fictitious) child. I think the print is precious, and I love the charming image, the colors and the historical significance. I must be a super cool cousin to be worthy of such a gift. Thanks so much, Jen Jen.
