don't feel guilty. when I was pregnant with Jack I had 2 sausage egg mcmuffins in one day. I went to 2 different McD's b/c I didn't want them to recognize me. Haven't had McD's since, with the exception of Diet Coke. they have the best Diet Coke.
oh yes...oft accompanied by a diet coke. It's the only thing that snuffs out my 1:00 headache.
