Batting 1000 giveaway

Or should I say, "hitting the 1000 mark" on this little blog. That may be small potatoes in the bloggy-verse, but big potatoes to me! Yahoo! Though most of those hits are probably from the hubby ;), and I suspect the accuracy of my hit counter is questionable, I think I should mark this milestone with an itty bitty giveaway. Since only about 10 people actually read this, your odds of winning are great.

I'll be giving away one of these from this company, winner to be chosen randomly. These silk charmeuse headbands are made in the USA by hand, by a company owned and operated by women, and are fun for long or short hair. I've posted about this olive green paisley before, I love it. These have also been featured in In Style Your Look and Ladies Home Journal magazines.
All you have to do is leave a comment on this post--state a New Year's Resolution if you like. Deadline is Midnight, Pacific Time, Monday January 7th. Sorry, anonymous posts not valid. If one of your resolutions is "eliminate bad hair days" this could help. It would also make a great gift for the girlfriend that always watches your kids or lends a shoulder to cry on...Or just think of it as a little you're-a-cool-chick-gift from me to you! Winner to be announced Tuesday, January 8th.

I have a New Year's resolution is to have no more resolutions! I am just working on attainable goals. First start working out, again and second, continue on my healthier me trend.

Rebecca is asking me to comment. What is a charmeuse? And why do I want one? My resolution is to finally, one day, figure out what a charmeuse is. Happy New Year!

R: sounds like a resolution to me! I just gave the YW a big fat lesson on goals...gotta stick to it myself.
G: it's a particular kind of silk. The headband might look really pretty on you! ;)

My resoulution is to de-clutter! It's amazing how much stuff we collect...that we don't need!

I have a New Year's resolution to become a good budgeter. I have really learned that it doesn't matter how much you make, but how much you spend. So, I've been listening to famous budgeters, had a small tutorial from my wonderful mother-in-law, and am getting my finances organized. I am bound to become a great "Budgeter"!

Marty, I'm sure you'll rise to the occasion as always!
