glad it worked. where did you find alphabet cookie cutters?
I bought a whole set of them years ago I think from Williams Sonoma? They were on clearance, I know that. I've seen plastic sets at Bed Bath and Beyond for like $10 before. That recipe made for the perfect texture (I make mine thick, too) and the dough was easy for M to work with.
